Join us for our annual Welcome Sunday service and picnic happening immediately following worship.

We will start in worship with a busy and joyous service when we will commission our Sunday School teachers, Bible Study Leaders, ChristCare leaders, Deacons, and Pastoral Search Committee.

As we prepare to begin another faith filled year of learning and growing spiritually in Sunday School and beyond, we will continue our beloved tradition of Blessing the Backpacks during the service to remind our youth that God is always with them. Children are encouraged to bring their backpacks to worship to participate.

Immediately following worship our Christian Education committee is hosting a hot dog picnic with popsicles, games, and there will be a bounce house in Carson Park.

Between 11:30 – 12:30, we will also welcome Enchanted Animal Parties with their mobile petting Zoo!   Please be sure to come spend time with the animals and learn about Heifer Project, which will be a main philanthropic focus for the Sunday School classes this year.
