Serving Others: Mission and Outreach

Outreach to our neighbors, locally and in the wider world, is an essential
part of our life as Christians. We have relationships with many community-based organizations and agencies that provide services for the homeless,
hungry, children at risk, and those who are less fortunate in our community,
our country and around the globe.

Below are just a few examples of mission and outreach work we undertake each year.

Global Health Experience: Student Nurses Without Borders
CCC Deacon Valerie King, faculty advisor to the Student Nurses Without Borders program at University of Massachusetts Lowell, recently led a team of nurses to an impoverished area in the world to provide critically needed medical services.

The Global Health Experience team - pictured at left - served those in need in Chile. Valerie led a separate team of students last year to Ghana. Our prayers, love and support are with Val in her ministry.
